At By Radz, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds if the product delivered to the customer is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The unboxing process
- The damaged or defective part of the product
- The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the video is not provided within 24 hours, the return or refund request will not be accepted.
- Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return/refund under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Discounted or sale items
Refund Process
Once the damaged/defective product is verified:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit
