At By Radz, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or refunds if the product delivered to the customer is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  1. The customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  2. The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The unboxing process
    • The damaged or defective part of the product
  3. The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. If the video is not provided within 24 hours, the return or refund request will not be accepted.
  5. Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return/refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Discounted or sale items

Refund Process

Once the damaged/defective product is verified:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit
